- to attend supervisory, appraisal, staff meetings and training sessions as decided by the company
- comply with Health and Safety and Legislative requirements and report any accidents, incidents or near misses to the office immediately
- provide the service user and where appropriate their representatives with information about the service so that they are clear about what to expect and how they can raise concerns
- to attend staff/team meetings
- attending training activities, appraisals and development meetings
Requirements
- to provide a continuation of service delivery and point of contact for service users and staff alike
- to support each service user to live their life the way that they choose as far as they are able
- respect service user’s choices and promote their dignity and privacy at all times
- healthcare: 1 year
- to provide relevant feedback to line managers and ensure all messages relating to service provision are documented and passed on to appropriate staff members
