- manage the project’s scope and timeline and liaise with product managers and other scrum masters on the project
- coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
- coach team members in Agile frameworks
- facilitate internal and external communication and effective collaboration
- effective participation in Scrum
- work with the business to handle backlogs and new requests
- resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur during sprints
Requirements
- your skills and qualifications will ideally include
- excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts
- good knowledge of other Agile frameworks
- excellent communication and servant leadership skills, be able to encourage and motivate the team at every milestone of the SDLC
- proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- outstanding organizational skills
- bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related qualification
- scrum master certification CSM
