experience in Domiciliary care is desirable
ability to work alone, conduct yourself on a professional manner
own transport is essential as you will have to visit many clients indifferent locations and settings every day
own transport is essential due to the nature of the role as you are required to travel between client visits
no experience required as full training will be provided to individuals who desire to work in Health Care and are reliable, sociable, honest, approachable, empathetic, focused and with a good reporting/feedback skills
care: 1 year
A valid UK drivers' licence, will be needed for this role but any mode of transport that enable you to travel will be considered
Responsibility
we offer support to Clients in their Homes with care services from palliative care, companionship, errands, cleaning and personal care
you will also be responsible for supporting Seniors and Management with care plans and service improvement
your main duties will be providing care and support mainly to adults and the Elderly people with Physical Disabilities, Dementia, Mental Health issues, Learning disabilities among other ailments and conditions
full training and induction will be given this includes Care mandatory training
our staff have the opportunity to obtain qualifications whilst they work
we offer flexible contracted hours to suit your availability Consistent care Service – Know the customer or Client better and be part of the care package delivered to them
communication – be professional and give feedback timely to both our clinical Managers and officers to ensure you are fully supported and secure in your working environment
we have professional & excellent internal communication, including regular team meetings which we encourage our staff to attend
