Requirements
- key Responsibilities
- looking after and managing all monthly invoicing, manual invoicing, ad hoc invoicing as well as subscriptions
- develop and maintain good relationships across the business, and an understanding of our clients, to reduce persistent payment problems
- aged debtor reporting
- reconcile queried/disputed transactions on accounts to resume collection of cash
- entering cash receipts, processing credit card payments, collecting Direct Debits, raising, and issuing invoices and credit notes as required
- build sustainable relationships with our clients to encourage prompt payment, allow swift resolution of queries, and support repeat instructions, via regular contact by phone and email
- producing timely and accurate management information

- preparation of monthly Bad Debt provision
