  • monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
  • strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
