Responsibility

  • vesta is looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team
  • the ideal candidate will be an experienced and passionate bartender, with knowledge in cocktails and spirits
  • key responsibilities
  • sets up tables and buffets, serve guests in accordance with the established standards and guest requests within the department deployed within
  • ensures guest bills are correctly priced, well presented, appropriately signed or paid, and returned to the cashier
  • supporting, training and acting as a role model to new members of the team
  • completing quality preparation of all duties to clean, set up, handover shift to standard
  • all interaction with guest is polite, personalized and efficient

Requirements

  • previous experience in hospitality is essential
  • genuine passion and Enthusiasm
  • be confident in a busy, high end environment
  • hospitality: 1 year
