  • deal directly with customers predominately by email, responding promptly to all enquiries in a professional manner

  • provide customers with pricing and delivery information
  • handle and resolve any customer issues
  • organise workload to meet customers’ demands

Education

  • university education, or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a customer service orientated environment which involved some telephone work
  • previous experience in an administration role would be beneficial
