Responsibility

  • call Handling, case logging for faults with VeryPC Hardware and service customer IT Issues
  • onsite Warranty Repairs for VeryPC manufactured hardware
  • onsite troubleshooting of IT issues for VeryPC Support Customers
  • assist with onsite installation of desktops, servers, and other computer related equipment
  • liaise with external support providers when necessary
  • write and maintain internal documentation and knowledgebase articles
  • general duties as appropriate to the role

Requirements

  • excellent skills diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software faults
  • experience managing users in Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365 / Exchange Online
  • setup of Desktop’s, Laptop’s, Network Printers and Scanners
  • IT Helpdesk with Field Support: 2 years
