Responsibility

  • verus are proud to be supporting in the recruitment of a Financial Accountant for our most purpose driven client
  • the preparation and processing of acquisition payments, ensuring all necessary checks are complete before processing payment for authorisation
  • liasing with internal stakeholders to prioritise acquisition payments and manage weekly payments schedules
  • tracking payments on contract sum analysis schedules for payments made to date
  • as a result of their fast and continuing growth they are looking for a full or part qualified accountant to join their team
  • posting and reconciliation of acquisition related invoices, such as legal fees
  • working with a Senior Capital Accountant and two junior accountants, this small but vital team will manage the processing of, and accounting for the company's property acquisitions and associated entries
  • preparation of accounting entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
