Responsibility
- ensure high level of customer service is met at all times
- ensure that high standards of property presentation are achieved and maintained at all times
- ensure that H&S portal is up to date and actions completed on time and within budget
- ensure all required checklists are complete and uploaded onto H&S portal
- create and maintain an effective working relationship with existing suppliers and contractors
- implement best practice whilst ensuring safe working practices are complied with at all times
- assist in production of service charge budget to achieve best value
- carry out any other reasonable request of the Property Surveyor and Facilities Manager
