  • ensure high level of customer service is met at all times
  • ensure that high standards of property presentation are achieved and maintained at all times
  • ensure that H&S portal is up to date and actions completed on time and within budget
  • ensure all required checklists are complete and uploaded onto H&S portal
  • create and maintain an effective working relationship with existing suppliers and contractors
  • implement best practice whilst ensuring safe working practices are complied with at all times
  • assist in production of service charge budget to achieve best value
  • carry out any other reasonable request of the Property Surveyor and Facilities Manager
