  • ensure compliance with legal and company health and safety regulations, standards, and guidelines to meet store performance goals

  • the Deputy Store Manager would have to take independent charge of the store in the absence of the Store Manager
  • as Deputy Store Manager, you would be tasked to lead and motivate your team in alignment with our Leadership & Company Principles

Requirements

  • demonstrated experience as a Deputy Store Manager, preferably 2-3 years
  • proficiency in time management, delegation, and problem-solving
  • strong customer focus and exceptional communication skills to provide constructive feedback to colleagues for their personal development and store improvement
  • enthusiasm and motivation to support and inspire the team during each shift
  • determination to complete tasks within specified timelines, achieve store targets, and maximize productivity
