- the Deputy Store Manager would have to take independent charge of the store in the absence of the Store Manager
- as Deputy Store Manager, you would be tasked to lead and motivate your team in alignment with our Leadership & Company Principles
Requirements
- demonstrated experience as a Deputy Store Manager, preferably 2-3 years
- proficiency in time management, delegation, and problem-solving
- strong customer focus and exceptional communication skills to provide constructive feedback to colleagues for their personal development and store improvement
- enthusiasm and motivation to support and inspire the team during each shift
- determination to complete tasks within specified timelines, achieve store targets, and maximize productivity
