Responsibility
- some national, regional and occasional European travel may be required from time to time
- to carry out the installation, servicing, moves & changes, upgrade, modification, and repair requirements of the company customer base as requested
- carry out the installation, servicing, repairs, moves & changes, upgrades and modifications of the company customer equipment base as requested

- in time there may be an opportunity to cross train and work across multiple industry sectors
- problem-solve in a responsible and methodical manner whilst carrying out effective customer liaison skills to ensure total customer satisfaction
- ensure effective communications are maintained with Area Manager’s, Team Leaders and other Veritek staff as required
Requirements
- current up to date passport or be able to apply for one immediately
- previous engineering experience in a medical or related environment
- may sometimes be required to work early starts and late finishes
- A customer-first mindset
- previous ultrasound engineering experience in a medical or related environment
- must have the flexibility to work across the UK within the given notice as required
- passionate about engineering and with an understanding of customer focus
- good core engineering skills and knowledge
Education
- ideal academic level preferred: City & Guilds or ONC/HNC Engineering
