VERITAS PRIME LLP is looking for employees for positions:

finance administrator

Working hours

  • part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • prepare, run and submit the monthly payroll process in Xero, including mutations and incidentals administration
  • pensions administration for existing and new staff with our pension provider
  • prepare and file company quarterly VAT returns as well as submission of our annual confirmation statement
  • execute ongoing bookkeeping activities in Xero, our accounting software, including calculating accruals and posting manual journals
  • expenses administration in TripActions, our expense management tool
  • leave Balance administration for employees
  • creditor and Debtor administration, including the preparation and validation of bank transactions
  • prepare invoices on a monthly basis

Requirements

  • ● Qualified AAT is preferred
  • ● Detail oriented, results-driven personality
  • ● Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities
  • ● Must demonstrate an excellent understanding of Finance and Accounting processes and procedures
  • ● Good communicator
  • ● Must demonstrate solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
  • ● Knowledge of business processes and organisational structures
  • ● At least 2 years of relevant prior experience working within the finance function of a mid-sized organisation
