Responsibility
- work closely with the Head of Creative to execute design concepts and ensure consistency across all projects
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with brand guidelines and objectives
- create, refresh and evaluate social media output, using the data available to justify decisions
- keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team
- assist in the design and development of various creative materials such as website designs, social media graphics, print collateral, and social marketing campaigns
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- an understanding of motion graphics is preferable but not essential
- basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/Wordpress is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- attention to detail and a passion for design
