Responsibility
hires entry-level customer service employees
trains new employees in the company’s customer service policies, procedures, and best practices
organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff
point of escalation for any customer related or team queries
prepares monthly reports summarizing the assigned customer service teams performance
this position is responsible for delivering customer service by managing the activities of the Customer Service Department and the order fulfillment process
conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
interacts closely with the Scheduler and Operations to respond to enquiries internally and externally with regard to scheduling, raw material inventory, and shipments
Requirements
excellent management and supervisory skills
excellent verbal and written communication skills
extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles
good understanding of Supply Chain Principles and Practices
strong analytical and critical thinking skills; must be able to extract and analyse data
ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanour
ability to coach and mentor customer service representatives
IFS experience is desirable
