  • compliance & Standards: Uphold company processes and procedures, ensuring all projects adhere to the necessary guidelines and regulations
  • team Management: Provide comprehensive support and guidance to contactors, and addressing any issues or concerns, thereby delivering seamless approach
  • inter-Departmental Coordination: Foster seamless collaboration between departments to facilitate efficient project execution
  • project Leadership: Oversee major and minor capital projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards, are delivered on time, and within budget
  • training & Development: In conjunction with the Head of Operations, identify and address training needs, especially focusing on Health & Safety
  • stakeholder & Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, cultivating strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
