Responsibility
- daily, you'll monitor the Studio's operation and resource requirements, changing as necessary with effective recruitment and selection
- you'll show effective communication with the senior management team regarding overall studio performance
- you'll lead, coach, develop, inspire, motivate and provide clear communication to the studio staff
- set performance targets for all staff and review on a regular basis
- ensure customer service standards are monitored and reported accurately
- here at our lovely award-winning Studios in the middle of Leamington Spa, we're looking for an experienced manager to come and join our team
- optimise all areas of the Venture Experience, leading from the front where appropriate
- as we're regularly the top performing Studio in the Uk we're looking for you to continue delivering this performance via the renowned levels of service and creativity that our clients have come to expect from our team
