daily, you'll monitor the Studio's operation and resource requirements, changing as necessary with effective recruitment and selection
you'll show effective communication with the senior management team regarding overall studio performance

set performance targets for all staff and review on a regular basis
ensure customer service standards are monitored and reported accurately
