  • general grounds keeping, including hedge cutting
  • caretaker / general upkeep – making repairs and maintenance to the grounds as necessary
  • use of plant equipment as required
  • general porterage duties
  • ad hoc associated projects
  • keeping general area including outbuildings clean and tidy
