  • account input to enable full accounts to be submitted year end which will include
  • invoicing clients
  • obtaining client purchase orders
  • producing sales orders
  • bank reconciliations, bank transfers, Prepayments
  • BACS payments
  • banking
  • credit control

Requirements

  • good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
  • hands-on experience with accounting software specifically SAGE
  • advanced knowledge of Excel
  • solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
  • good organisational and time-management abilities
  • to be flexible
  • accounting: 3 years
  • bookkeeping: 1 year
