Responsibility

  • manage the switchboard - responding to enquiries from clients, taking messages as required and putting callers through to the appropriate departments
  • liaise with Local Authorities and apply for permits
  • produce quotations for work
  • assist the Office Manager with various tasks as requested
  • provide the Operations Managers with administrative support
  • manage the diary by booking in work and amending and cancelling bookings, add in any scheduled vehicle maintenance visits and meetings for the operational team
