you will be a confident, customer focussed pre-sales professional with exceptional presentation skills
understand customers’ commercial and operational business drivers and help to translate these requirements to build, scope and propose appropriate solutions
you will champion and drive all aspects of the pre-sales opportunity – including requirements gathering, project scoping, solution proposals and bid management
own the handover process for new customers to ensure smooth transition from pre- to post-sales delivery
this role is highly collaborative, and the successful candidate will be expected to draw upon the skills of multiple experts across our business in helping to define and present solutions that best solve our customers’ most challenging business problems
maintain an excellent level of knowledge of competition, customer issues, opportunities and products
coordinate and lead the pre-sales solutioning cycle including discovery, build vision, RFP/RFI responses and proof of concepts. Understand and articulate the overall solution value and vision to prospects and customers
