- translating Product strategy requirements from our CPO and leadership team into Epics
- own overall organization and maintenance of product documents for one or more complex technical applications
- build and maintain Product Roadmap in line with business priorities
- perform user story mapping
- grooming of our product backlogs for one or more of our team squads
- attending daily standups and other agile ceremonies as the product representative as needed
- presenting regular reports to the Product team leadership on your areas of responsibility
Requirements
- experience authoring briefs and directing external consultants for targeted tasks like design projects
- functioning as the internal subject matter expert for a dedicated product or subset of product functions
- researching and articulation of new features in the form of Epics
- researching and documenting impact of planned new feature development on an existing application
- experience mentoring or onboarding other product team members
- serving as the product representative in an agile team
- holder of one or more industry-standard product management professional certifications: CSPO, PMI-ACP, AIPMM etc
- ability to understand and incorporate technical integration documents from external partners and applications and data sources when needed for in-house applications
