Responsibility
- venari Network recruits on behalf of the largest brands within the Foreign Exchange and FinTech market
- supporting the Sales and Business Development teams with all Administration tasks
- entry level candidate to deliver excellent client relationship management throughout the sales process

- responding to queries surrounding the CRM and existing deployments
- applying solid financial and business acumen to better comprehend client strategies
- taking responsibility of any CRM issues and help to resolve them
- focusing on goals and results whilst striving to surpass targets
- joint managing global orders and accounts to ensure targets are met
- cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
- working with developers to improve current systems and processes
- proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- the ideal candidate is a motivated, organised, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts
- helping the Sales Operations Team during the busy month end period in booking contracts
- you will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions
- develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospectsManage existing customer relationships, ensuring accounts are utilised and profitable
- working closely with the finance and the Accounts Payable teams in ensuring the payment records in the CRM is accurate
- ensuring adequate preparation for the trading day
- cold calling will play a major part in your role so you need to be a people person who is able to establish relationships and interest
- handling a high volume of system and process related queries from Business Development and Technical teams
- most importantly you must be keen to learn and develop
- enabling and driving engagement from the Technical teams in using new processes
- qualify leads to ensure that leads have an FX requirement
Requirements
- cold calling experience essential
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to understand new concepts and product knowledge
