- you will be joining a team supporting the company’s operational delivery of maintenance & repair services across our expanding client base
- reactive maintenance incl. general joinery, patch repairs & decoration
- first and Second Fix joinery
- door Fitting and architrave
- managing allocated works via our integrated cloud-based work management system
- velway Projects and Maintenance are a national company with instructions across the UK on a variety of properties ranging from commercial offices, care homes and residential accommodation
- kitchen Fitting
Requirements
- full drivers license essential
- valid CSCS desirable
- own tools required
- taking care of company tools and vehicles
- have good communication & interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues, and directors
- use initiative, be pro-active & self-motivated
- be willing and capable to work alone and part of a team
- have a positive commitment to the vision and values of the business
