• prepare and analyse cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• conduct cost analysis of materials, labour, and equipment
• evaluate and recommend changes to improve cost efficiency
• prepare bills of quantities and tender documents
• monitor progress of works and report to clients
• the successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice on the contractual, financial and legal aspects of construction projects, from the initial stages of design to the final completion
• analyse changes in the scope of work and provide updated cost estimates
• provide advice on contractual matters
• ensure compliance with relevant regulations
