customer service representative

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • the CSR will be required to manage all customer engagement through the internal helpdesk software
  • work closely with the Service team to deliver customer support
  • provide technical support to customers
  • respond to and resolve service tickets within agreed SLAs
  • proactively provide customers with system guidance and recommendations
  • working closely with the Service Manager and the rest of the Service team, the role of the Customer Service Representative will be to deliver first class customer support to the Company's diverse customer base
  • identify appropriate recommendations to communicate to the customer at any given opportunity
  • the CSR will be responsible for co-ordinating inbound service requests and liaising with the planner to provide a seamless implementation and handover to the customer

Education

  • generalist customer service training is desirable
  • experience of working in a transport or automotive environment is desirable

Requirements

  • passion to deliver first-class customer service
  • ability to listen and comprehend customer enquiries and take appropriate action as required
  • able to manage own time and demonstrate personal organisation
  • able to quickly comprehend new tasks, ask appropriate questions to the right business units and reprioritise workload based on business priorities
  • effective team-player, with the ability to recognise and use different strengths of own team to build better outcomes
  • embraces opportunities to take on new or additional responsibilities
  • strong communication skills with the ability to match appropriate communication channel to task and to audience
