efficiently manage customer accounts to ensure agreed payment terms are being met
run bi-monthly debtor reports, chasing any outstanding invoices using email, phone and letters
allocate customer receipts accurately
running credit checks and reviewing credit limits
preparing and processing sales invoices
calculating, raising, and posting highly accurate commission credits
assisting with month end reconciliations
internal & External Audits
Requirements
minimum of 2 years' experience
familiar with business sales ledger procedures
exceptional knowledge of all Office Programmes
experience with Sage 50 Accounts Software would be an advantage
negotiating skills via phone & email
excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
