  • run bi-monthly debtor reports, chasing any outstanding invoices using email, phone and letters
  • allocate customer receipts accurately
  • running credit checks and reviewing credit limits
  • preparing and processing sales invoices
  • calculating, raising, and posting highly accurate commission credits
  • assisting with month end reconciliations
  • internal & External Audits

Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years' experience
  • familiar with business sales ledger procedures
  • exceptional knowledge of all Office Programmes
  • experience with Sage 50 Accounts Software would be an advantage
  • negotiating skills via phone & email
