- prepare monthly Management Accounts ensuring all entries have been accurately posted
- prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly data for Group consolidation
- complete and review balance sheet account reconciliations
- prepare sales and margin analysis reports that support the Management Accounts
- develop operational processes and controls within the Finance function
- develop margin reporting and work closely with the Commercial team with regard to tenders and new product launch profitability
- assist in the preparation of annual budgets, full year estimates and financial strategic plans
- prepare and process monthly payroll for Vegware Ltd
- qualified Accountant
- excellent communication skills at all levels of a business

- excellent presentation and reporting skills, able to deliver relevant reports and analysis succinctly and clearly
- ERP System experience - not essential but would be advantageous
- distance manage and support the Finance Manager in Eco Products Europe
- provide direction and influence thinking and decision making, with the foresight to impact short-, medium- and long-term profitability
- develop strong working relationships with colleagues and all external stakeholders
- maintain the company’s nominal ledger, ensuring all transactions which the company undertakes are accurately recorded
- build relationships and influence key suppliers, customers, and business partners in support of business development and growth opportunities
- prepare monthly management accounts and supplementary financial analysis on sales and margin
- ensure all internal financial controls and reporting systems are effective and fit for purpose, including cash and debt management procedures
- submit monthly corporate data requirements to Novolex Food & Delivery team in line with documented timetable
- previous experience as head of a finance team essential
- A professional accounting qualification
- experience of multinational reporting is an advantage – particularly US reporting
