  • this is a great opportunity for an ERP Applications Administrator, looking for a role with interesting projects and plenty of variety
  • you will develop into an SME across a number of applications, getting great exposure to our business needs and processes
  • about the role
  • our business is expanding, as are the number of users with access to our systems
  • undertake application administration tasks for business software systems to ensure appropriate Segregation of Duties and management of the application
  • answer queries and resolve issues with business software systems using the company ticketing system - escalate or close tickets as necessary
  • in this role, you will work closely with systems subject matter experts and users across our business
  • maintain application support processes and check that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures
