Responsibility

  • conduct thorough discovery by engaging with site personnel and potentially visiting locations to gather essential information
  • assume full responsibility for executing the technical tasks necessary to achieve a successful integration, including infrastructure and network components
  • maintain effective communication with third-party partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the integration process
  • proactively identify and resolve any technical challenges that may arise during the integration
  • work closely with the project manager to define the infrastructure scope and develop strategies for seamlessly integrating the newly acquired companies into the new corporate entity

Requirements

  • previously worked on a company merger
  • understanding of VMware
  • strong knowledge of servers
  • experience of the Microsoft 365 Suite
