Responsibility
- calling all customers in an assigned base on a quarterly basis and conducting an account review
- creating renewal, upgrade and additional connection quotes
- keeping contracts renewed so that customers do not fall out of contract
- introducing new and additional products to grow the existing account
- role: Telephone Account Manager
- renewing and extending existing contracts
- location: Motherwell office
- processing credit checks, upgrades, ports, new connections, sim swaps, transfers etc. using CRM and supplier portals
Requirements
- the successful applicant will have account management experience in an office-based environment making and receiving calls to and from customers to support existing products and have a proven track record hitting KPI and sales targets through retention and growth
- product training will be provided but previous experience in a telecoms or technology environment would be preferred and experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be advantageous
