the Programme Management team sit within the New Product Design Function at Vax and they work with a range of departments to make sure projects are run efficiently, to time and budget
the project coordinator will be a member of the project management team, supporting our project managers by overseeing administrative tasks and communicating with all project stakeholders
schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports
help project managers monitor project progress and provide updates to project stakeholders
support Project Managers in maintaining project schedules and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

Requirements
graphic Design Degree / HND or equivalent
mid-weight graphic design and artworking experience. Proven commercial skills in a similar role / industry
knowledge of print processes and designing for print is essential and familiarity with packaging design is preferred
portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, technical ability and an awareness of current design trends
an understanding of working to brand guidelines is desirable but not essential
ability to demonstrate ideas research and problem solving
