Responsibility
- act as the first escalation level for queries from the team and stakeholders
- be the primary payroll contact for maternity related enquiries and concerns
- run pre-commit reports for payroll checking and support the team to resolve discrepancies / queries
- perform month end & year end duties such as producing monthly payroll reporting
- coordinate and compile P11Ds, pension re-enrolment and other employee benefits in payroll
- support the Payroll Supervisor and Payroll Manager to deliver business projects from a payroll perspective and deliver process improvements/efficiencies
Requirements
- experience working in payroll and knowledge of UK payroll legislation
- ability to work well and should be a great team player
- customer focused attitude
- good analytical skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail
- able to effectively communicate in a sensitive manner with others, as well as explaining the implications of decisions taken
- with the highest integrity and be able to deal with personal information in confidence
- payroll: 3 years
