- you will ensure that clients are signposted, referred or given the information needed

- volunteers are vital to our work
- this new role will support our clients to access activities, services, information and support in a world where information is most commonly available online
- the postholder will facilitate person centred support planning and co-ordination of input from different organisations, groups and professionals
- contact may be varied with simple one off sign posting to longer term one to one support being aware of boundaries and over dependency
- although based in our Stratford upon Avon office, the role includes travel across Rugby and South Warwickshire
- as well as providing the services, they help us in so many other ways such as increasing awareness, fundraising and shaping the services
