Responsibility
- work closely with stakeholders and developers to elicit, analyse, and document requirements for software development project
- organise and facilitate sprint planning, review and retrospective meetings with joint development team
- creation and manual test execution of acceptance criteria
- facilitate daily stand-up meetings with the development team
- monitor the progress of the development team, identify and remove any obstacles that may impede team progress
- create and maintain dashboard reports, primarily using AWS Quicksight
- coach, mentor and encourage the team on Agile best practices
- document existing processes to ensure compliance with best practices and to promote consistency across the organisation
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or related fields
- relevant Bachelor/Mastersdegree
- tech savvy – able to assist colleagues with general IT matters
- familiar with Agile software development methodologies, e.g. Scrum
- demonstration of continual professional development with IIBA, PMI, BCS etc
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
