Requirements
- able to think strategically
- able to look at problems holistically and understand the best way of tackling them
- excellent at prioritising tasks and assessing these priorities continually as situations change
- capable of measuring the impact of changes and soliciting feedback to drive further improvements
- great at communication, both internal and with suppliers and clients
- good at multitasking and maintaining an overview of several tasks/projects at once
- able to handle difficult situations and find the best way forward
- comfortable with last-minute changes and working reactively to solve problems quickly and to the satisfaction of everyone involved
