- ensure all carpet swatch samples are full
- ensure all orders for screen covers and roof wraps are completed
- ensure all screen covers and roof wraps are packaged and dispatched
- liaise with the supplier for screen covers and roof wraps
- perform housekeeping tasks
- follow up on customer enquiries via phone and email as appropriate
- ensure that all customers payments are made in full before dispatch
Requirements
- experience in a previous office role
- drivers with their own vehicles and a clean license only need apply as the business address isn't on any direct public transport routes
- customer service: 1 year
