Responsibility

  • extensive Brickwork Knowledge Is Essential & previous management of brickwork packages also essential
  • you would be Responsible for the overall management and supervision of the project that you are working on
  • liaising with the main contractor on a day to day basis
  • foreseeing any risks and mitigating any issues that arise
  • forward plan work activities & Logistically coordinate works with other contractors on site in order to meet specified programme requirements
  • responsible for placing material orders and monitoring build costs with commercial team/ managing director
  • preparing programmes and sequencing onsite tasks, setting out targets with workforce
  • attend on-site meetings with the main contractor as and when required
