Responsibility

  • working closely with the Directors and provide a smooth credit / underwriting process
  • liaise with borrowers, solicitors, valuers, brokers, and BDM’s to effectively manage the lending process
  • manage the lending process "cradle to grave" from enquiry to completion
  • review application forms, loan documentation, credit reports, valuation reports, bank statements and land registry reports
  • action new lending requests for short term lending and analyse credit worthiness
  • preparing indicative terms and loan offer letters
  • preparing offer documentation and ensuring all loan conditions are met throughout the drawdown process
  • onboarding new investors and preparing investment memorandums for investors
