Responsibility
- working closely with the Directors and provide a smooth credit / underwriting process
- liaise with borrowers, solicitors, valuers, brokers, and BDM’s to effectively manage the lending process
- manage the lending process "cradle to grave" from enquiry to completion
- review application forms, loan documentation, credit reports, valuation reports, bank statements and land registry reports
- action new lending requests for short term lending and analyse credit worthiness
- preparing indicative terms and loan offer letters
- preparing offer documentation and ensuring all loan conditions are met throughout the drawdown process
- onboarding new investors and preparing investment memorandums for investors
