Requirements

- requires being available for on-call/standby responsibilities 1 week per month for emergency calls
- must be able to use small hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
- 2+ years’ experience working with Networking equipment
- in the Field Service: 1 year
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Responsibility
- properly operates and maintains tools and equipment
- organizes, and stocks vehicle with the proper equipment to perform required duties
- prepares and maintains time logs, reports, and other related documentation in accordance with company policies
- meet and exceed SLA requirements
- leave job sites clean and organized
- performs on-site installation, troubleshooting, testing, terminations, splicing, repairing, and maintaining of network equipment and peripherals including LED/LCD displays, access points, gateways, switches, sensors, speakers, cables, and IP cameras
