Responsibility
- engaging with business Subject Matter Experts to understand the as-is and to-be process
- responsible project planning, data analysis, modelling and logical database design
- reviewing all deliverables associated with functional requirements / non-functional requirements

- a) Organise, run and write up requirement gathering functional workshops with the customer as part of an Implementation Study
- b) Understand and develop business life-cycle process flows supporting the customers operating model and aligning to our software functionality and workflow
- facilitate training sessions to internal stakeholders on new feature functionality
- c) Capture requirements during customer workshops, challenging preconceptions and promoting best practice processes
- build and manage relationships with stakeholders such as the Business Change Advisors, Solution Owners, Backlog Owners, Enterprise Architects, scrum teams, User Experience leads and other stakeholders
- understand organizational motivations including problems, goals, and objectives
- d) Write up functional requirements accurately and concisely ensuring clarity and unambiguity
