to support our Company growth and further develop our payroll & people experience, we are now looking for a HR & Payroll Advisor. They will also manage general HR administration and support Managers to make the right people decisions
provide first level HR advice on employee relations issues, supporting Managers through disciplinary, grievance, absence management and exit processes
support of company PDR process, working with the Management team to manage and support the process
management of Company payroll process and matters, working with MD and Finance Manager to process accurate and timely payroll submission to outsourced accountants. Responding to employee queries, improving and streamlining our process
Requirements
knowledge of current UK employment legislation
must have previous payroll experience
HR system experience
recruitment process / best practice / volume recruitment
payroll and HR: 3 years
