Responsibility
- to familiarise and adhere to all Vale of Clwyd Mind’s Policies and Procedures
- to take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all the residents and staff
- to be aware of current Health and Safety legislation in relation to employees responsibilities e.g. fire, accidents, risk assessment
- any other duties as specified by the CEO, Manager or Deputy compatible with the post
- it is a requirement to have a car for use to carry out the duties of this post
Requirements
- proven experience as handyman
- experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
- basic math skills
- good communication ability
- well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- attention to detail
- maintenance: 2 years
