  • the projects are based within the South/West Wales region
  • A multi-million pound turnover Regional Main Contractor Construction business with offices based nr Cardiff requires Contracts Managers to join there growing business
  • ideally you'll currently be in a similar role managing multi-sites within the South Wales region or perhaps working away/relocating and looking for a permanent role in South Wales
  • alternatively, the client would like to speak perhaps a Site or Project Manager looking for the next step of their career into a Contracts Manager role
  • the client are looking for 2 Contracts Managers, you'll be from either a commercial background working on a mixture of civils, retails and commercial projects or you'll be from a Residential background running Housing Sites for Developers and Housing Associations
  • these are both excellent opportunities to join a growing regional construction business with a large order of projects already in place for 2024
