Responsibility
- developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
- supporting the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP
- work closely with Account Executives to ensure success in securing new business
- ensuring sales process is documented correctly whilst looking for opportunities to streamline it
- liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
Requirements
- A deep technical understanding of how corporate learning systems work and interact
- excellent written and verbal professional communications skills
- inquisitive when faced with new challenges and technologies, not afraid to ask questions
- strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and curiosity
- having the team and customer at the heart of everything you do
- 3+ years in a Pre-Sales Consulting role in a L&D Technology environment
