Responsibility

  • va-Va-Voom Ventures is a young, highly successful, dynamic hospitality business based in Belfast
  • we are innovative, high energy and a great place to work
  • oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department in a fine dining restaurant setting
  • ensure high-quality customer service is provided to all guests
  • develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
  • monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • train and supervise staff members, including hiring and scheduling
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant or hotel or hospitality setting
  • previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, or a hospitality qualification
  • strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including strong wine and cocktail knowledge
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • knowledge of fine dining restaurant environments, wines and cocktails
