Requirements

  • preferred educational qualification is a bachelor’s, however, is not a must

Responsibility

  • complete the learning curve within 6 months based on company-approved items and timelines
  • focus on an initial learning curve during the first 3-6 months
  • participate in company-provided and paid product, technical, and engineering courses during the initial period
  • assist the technical and after-care teams in achieving superior standards of customer success
  • support critical functions for high-value clients or Director-Managed-Accounts
  • shadow existing engineers on customer jobs across the country to gain on-site job experience as an ICT Engineer
  • develop expertise in desk-based support for phone systems, internet connectivity, and other products
  • provide first-class Level-2 desk-based support to clients across the UK, meet SLAs, and receive positive client reviews
