• ideally, you will be from an Underwriting background or have experience in consumer lending
• these decisions are to be made in accordance with the companies lending policies, making sure the customer satisfies relevant credit reference checks

• if you are successful you will be required to attend a 3 day company induction at our Cardiff office, thereafter the role will be remote with reasonable travel to Cardiff for meetings and ad-hoc training
• we are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of the lending application processes, and is experienced in working under pressure to strict deadlines

• as a Customer Service Executive, you will be based within our contact centre and work with our customers to help them with their queries, carrying out day to day transactions and providing excellent customer outcomes at all times
• you'll make a positive impact on every customer calls, efficiently and effectively having the right conversations with them to meet their needs, building excellent relationships over the telephone, and providing a friendly, timely and professional service
• our current opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm, a total of 35 hours per week. You will be required to work in the office until fully trained after which you are able to work on a hybrid basis

• key Responsibilities
• to actively contribute to and support quality and productivity to meet overall business objectives
• to deliver against agreed key performance indicators and deliver exceptional service to customers, staff, and retail partners
• working as part of a small IT team in our Cardiff base, you will primarily be supporting our office and remote employees to ensure they have all they need to operate effectively
• additionally providing support for retailers or customers who make contact and ensuring a professional and successful conclusion to their issue is provided
• to take ownership, to investigate and resolve technical issues in accordance with Group values
• to deal directly with customers/colleagues/external businesses to resolve disputes
• to work closely with all team members, third party providers, internal support areas and external partners to achieve exceptional performance
• troubleshooting of issues, including tracing root causes and fixes on an OS, network & server level
• maintain server and network infrastructure equipment
• monitoring systems and reviewing logs to ensure security is maintained
• to constantly seek to improve ways of supporting the team by providing constructive feedback and by sharing knowledge, experience, and best practice
• check and investigate issues found with daily reporting
• deployment of new systems for the business as required
• out of hours support when required

• as a V12 Account Manager you will support the growth and development of the retailer portfolio in accordance with the agreed volume, profit and risk parameters
• you will be the primary contact for a number of retailer partners and provide day to day support and demonstrate the ability to build and nurture meaningful and lasting business relationships

• other reasonable duties to support the business as required
