Responsibility

  • supporting the kitchen team in all aspects of service throughout the week
  • producing high quality meals with an attention to detail to ensure consistency throughout
  • quality control and maintaining a high standard of safety and hygiene in the kitchen
  • preparation of foods and assisting in menu creation working with the Head Chef

Requirements

  • show a friendly and positive attitude to work within a team and show independence to work on your own when required
  • attention to detail and be able to help maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • preferred previous experience in a similar role and worked in a fast paced environment
