monitoring food production
following HACCP system and managing the day-to-day food safety
ogranizing MSP for the next shift
the role is ideal for a skilled and hands-on person. The role itself is predominately batch cooking as we are not a restaurant or fast food type of operation
planning orders ahead
Requirements
an in-depth understanding of food preparation
skilled pan-work to bring together flavors
experience of prepping fruit and vegetables
cooking: 1 year
Education
level 2 or equivalent food hygiene certificate
formal qualifications of exemplary achievements in hotels or restaurants
formal certification or accreditation of culinary excellence
